1. What is the difference between Regular and Private tour?

We offer the following types of Tours:

  1. Regular Tour
    This a Shared service with other clients that offers a tour with specific routes and stops. The transfer type could be a taxi, coach or similar.
  2. Private Tour
    This Service provides a private tour just for your party only. As soon as you have met your driver you will depart for your tour. You will choose the route, the stops within the locations and hours chosen.


2. How will I find the driver?

Once the booking is complete, it will be issued a voucher with full instructions on how to meet the driver and where he/she will be waiting for the client. The client will also have a 24 hour telephone contacts issued on the voucher in the event that he still has problems finding the driver.


3. Can I bring a Wheelchair?

You must inform us if you will be bringing a wheelchair or scooter when you complete your service booking request. Please be aware that the vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. If a special vehicle is required the rates are different and you may request a budget.


4. How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait up to 10 minutes at the pick-up location, after that time the tour may not be able to return to pick up the clients. On that case the client may meet the tour on the next tour stop by his own means. If the client miss the tour no refund will be granted.

5. What mode of transport is offer?

We do not guarantee the type of vehicle that will be used for Standard Private Tour or Regular Tour.

However as a general rule, and depending on the number of clients, normally the client will find that minibus and coaches are used for big parties. Small groups (1 to 4 people) travel by private car.
We reserve the right to modify the mode of transportation accordantly with availabilities.


6. Can I pay by cash or by bank transfer?

We only accept bookings by credit card.

We are sorry to regret we do not accept cash, payment on arrival, or bank drafts.


7. What happens if I can’t find the driver at the pick-up location?

The client has to call immediately to the 24h emergency telephone that is on the voucher, and the client will be directed to the driver.


8. How long do I have to visit each of the places included on your tour itineraries?

The free time varies between 30 minutes and an hour depending on the respective place/site.


9. Can I book book a Tour for the same day?

We only accept bookings up to 48 hours prior to arrival.


10. Can I bring a pet?

We regret to inform you that no pets are allowed in regular tour. A pet can accompany a private tour if the vehicle requested is a MB7 and must be only transport on the luggage trunk.
